Cold Start to 2018

CATS ON ICE - Georgia Sample was amused last week when she looked out her window and saw her cats on the frozen ice of her swimming pool. Many animals had never seen ice on water like what was prevalent last week. Ducks and geese were seen gliding across the ice when they tried to land on the water. Farmers had to break the ice on ponds so livestock could drink water. Local plumbers also stayed busy, repairing burst pipes.
