North-South All-Stars

Saluda High School was well represented at the North-South All-Star game in Myrtle Beach Sat., Dec. 15. CJ Bosket, 2, and Raquon Hartley, 15, played in the game and Tiger assistant Wayne Bell was a member of the coaching staff.

TOYS DONATED - The Amateur Radio Club Saluda (ARCS) held their second annual Christmas toy donation Nov. 20. This year’s donations went to Rev. Jeremy Beauford of Good Hope Baptist Church for distribution to those  in need. ARCS is proud to help make it a Merry Christmas for a needy family.

  With Christmas and New Year’s Day falling on Tuesdays, the Standard-Sentinel will have an early printing schedule for papers on those weeks.
  The Dec. 27 issue will be printed on Fri., Dec. 21, and the Jan. 3 issue will be printed on Fri., Dec. 28.
  Copy deadlines will be Thurs., Dec. 20, and Dec. 27 at 2 p.m for ads, photos, stories, etc., and Fri., Dec. 21 and
